Doug Cockle

Doug is an actor known primarily for his work as the voice of Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher video games series. He has voiced Geralt since 2005 and continues to lend his voice to this iconic character as he visits other games such as SoulCalibur VI and Monster Hunter World. Doug has voiced characters in numerous video games and has been doing so since 1999. Video game titles include such games as: The Witcher 1, 2 and 3 and expansions, Thronebreaker and Gwent, The Division, Horizon Zero Dawn, State of Mind, Quantum Break, Runescape, Smite, Victor Vran, Blues and Bullets, Block N Load, Randall’s Monday, Timsplitters 2, Dead Nation, Driver San Francisco, Augmented Empire, Dark, The Book of Unwritten Tales 1 and 2, The Pegasus Project, Thundercats, Demonicon, Perfect Dark Zero, Second Sight, Aquanox 2, Conflict Desert Storm 2, Chaser, Yager, Twin Calibre and others.

Doug also works in Theatre, Film and Television and Commercials. Notable titles include Band of Brothers, Reign of Fire, Survivor, Criminal, Murphy’s Law and Cheerios and Sprite commercials.

He was nominated for a BAFTA in 2016 for his work on Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt and expansions. Other award nominations include the DICE Awards. Best Performance award wins came from NAVGTR Awards and The Golden Joystick Awards in 2016.

Doug is also an acting teacher and coach and was the Course Leader for the BA (Hons) Acting course at the Arts University Bournemouth, United Kingdom, from 2004-2017.
